The CDS Wolf Foundation’s 29th Annual “Teeing Off for Abilities” Golf Tournament, presented by Relph Benefit Advisors, will take place on Monday, July 18 at Monroe Golf Club Club in Pittsford, N.Y. This event raises dollars for unfunded areas of need at CDS Life Transitions, such as new and innovative community living programs and other supports and services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, people with chronic illnesses, seniors and veterans.

“Every year the CDS Wolf Foundation works hard to raise money for unfunded services for the many people we assist,” CDS Life Transitions President/CEO Sankar Sewnauth said. “We rely on the philanthropic contributions of local businesses and community members to support the mission of CDS Life Transitions. It is because of their generosity that we are able to put on this event and continue to provide so many services to the more than 3,000 people who need it.”

The day kicks off with registration and breakfast at 8:00 a.m., an opening ceremony at 9:30 a.m. with the shotgun start at 9:45 a.m. Golfers will break for lunch at the turn, and after a round of golf, the event will wrap up with a cocktail hour, dinner presentation and silent auction.
